Contacting the practice

For general enquiries, contact info@alfonsoperezpsychotherapy.ca or (437) 800-2536. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by email. This website provides email and telephone links, with no contact form.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. If you go on to begin therapy, your clinical record is held in Jane, not in email.

Booking & payments

Appointments and payments are handled through Jane. Booking takes place on Jane’s own website, not on this one, and the information you enter there is processed by Jane on behalf of the practice. Read Jane’s Privacy Notice.

Embedded video

The media and appearances page shows an image hosted on this site, not the YouTube player. No request is sent to YouTube or Google until you press play. If you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube’s own terms and data practices apply. Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies & analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site and you are not tracked across websites by it. The one exception is the Google map on the contact page, described below.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, serving these pages means Cloudflare receives technical request data: your IP address, the browser you use, and the page you asked for. These logs are kept briefly, used only to operate and secure the site, and are not used for profiling or marketing.

Map on the contact page

The contact page includes an embedded Google map showing the practice location. Unlike the video, this map loads automatically when the page opens: Google receives your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies, without you clicking anything. If you would rather avoid that, you can skip the contact page; the address and phone number also appear in the footer of every page. Google’s Privacy Policy.
